Refunds
Waggle has a 14-day free trial with every bee, so you can be sure it's right for you before you pay. Because of that, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind after buying.

Your legal rights
- If Waggle doesn't work as described, email hello@waggle.software. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, you'll get a refund. Your rights under consumer law always apply.
- Cancelling within 14 days: in the UK and EU you can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days. When you buy, Paddle's checkout asks you to agree that Waggle unlocks straight away, and once you start using it that right ends. See Paddle's refund policy.
- Yearly add-ons (Extra Macs and Waggle Relay renewal) can be cancelled at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt and then end when the paid year does. In the UK, you can cancel a yearly renewal within 14 days of it renewing for a refund.
How refunds are paid
Paddle, our reseller, refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days. A refunded licence stops working.
